7 Day Exchange Policy In India

We only accept size exchanges for the same/purchased product within 7 days of the delivery. No style/color exchanges are pertained by SP A C E. If you would like a different size of your purchased product please contact our customer service team on customercare@thespacelines.com to proceed with the request.

Our exchange policy gives you an option to one-time, size-exchange items purchased on this website within 7 days of receipt of the item. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Before exchanging the product(s), Please ensure:

  • All labels and tags are still attached
  • Product(s) is/are preserved in original condition.
  • Has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Has no perfume or makeup stains
  • Packed in the original box. 

Once we pick up and receive your returned product, a quality check of the product(s) will be executed at our end and when the product passes the quality check the exchange will be processed. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. SP A C E is a conscious brand, that is make-to-order. Hence, the exchanges are make-to-order as well, owing to the delivery timeline of 7-15 working after the exchangeable product(s) are received at our warehouse.It should be precisely and strictly ensured that the brand initiates the pick-up of exchangeable items and delivers them as well. The brand does not hold responsibility for any parcels, returns, or exchangeable products sent to our address.

Other Conditions :

  • Please check the items and other related details carefully—our courier partner will only pick-up the items mentioned at the time of submitting the exchange request by you. 
  • Once items have been picked up and received at our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check. Items that pass will be exchanged for the new size requested. 
  • Items that do not pass the QC will be shipped back to you, as is. 

NO RETURN/EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Cancellation Policy 

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service team .Order cancellation will only be possible within a day of the order being placed with us. This includes items purchased on sale also. The amount paid will be credited into the original payment method using which the payment was made.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
