At Spacelines, we start preparing your order soon after it is placed, as each piece is carefully crafted. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, we allow cancellations only within a short window.
Cancellation Terms
- Timeline: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Process: To request a cancellation, please email us at customercare@thespacelines.com with your order details.
- Refund: Once confirmed, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- After 24 Hours: Orders cannot be cancelled as production would have already commenced. In such cases, our Exchange Policy will apply.
Note: As a made-to-order brand, cancellations beyond 24 hours are not possible. We encourage you to carefully review your order details (size, style, shipping address) before completing your purchase.
